How do I remove a user's access to the Document Manager

Prerequisite: Your user needs the "User Owner" or "Document Administrator" role.

 

1. Navigate to the Admin section of OpsCompass.

 

2. Click on the user's name you want to check access for.

3. Now you have two ways to remove access.

3a. If the user is currently a "Document Administrator" and you want to remove global access to the Document Manager, uncheck the "Document Administrator" role, and click "Update User". 

3b. If the user has selective permissions that you want to remove, the "Existing Directory Permissions" section will list the currently granted permissions. The "x" button will remove that permission grant for the user.
