Typically when OpsCompass is first setup it will completely scan the cloud account within 15 - 20 minutes.
An initial compliance score will be assigned based on the frameworks your environment is being benchmarked against. All changes to your cloud environment from that point on will create alerts (based on the existing configurations or the default OpsCompass configurations) for the new/removed/updated resources.
A user on each team can then review every individual impact and acknowledge it.
