Yes, Opscompass is a multi-cloud SaaS tool. You can connect your Azure, AWS, Office 365, SQL Server, Oracle and GCP clouds, and we have more on our roadmap. 

Opscompass provides a single vision across all of your cloud environments, and the count of each cloud is shown on your dashboard.
