There are three common problems that could explain why SQL Server Databases aren't sending data to OpsCompass.
1. Password Expiration
Verify that the password for the monitoring user has not expired or changed
3. The database has been decommissioned
If the database has been shutdown and no longer needs ongoing feature usage monitoring, please notify your OpsCompass representative.
3. The database connection information in the OpsCompass UI is wrong
Confirm the hostname, port, and connection name are defined correctly for the database connection.
