Yes, you can filter by concern, cloud provider, cloud accounts, user, resource types, alert types, and date.
Use the filter bar on the left side of the alerts screen to select the items you want to filter by, and click the "Apply" button. You can double click any item to quickly focus in on that specific item, specify a resource type, and/or select a date range.
In the image above, you'll notice the left side of the screen (outlined in red) is where you can apply the filter(s) for the alerts.
