My user doesn't have appropriate permissions to add cloud accounts... what should I do?

No worries - you simply need to invite a user to your newly provisioned company who can authorize enterprise applications.

Steps to invite a new user can be found here: Invite a user to OpsCompass. Once the new user (who can authorize an enterprise application in your cloud environment) has been invited you can start to add cloud accounts for monitoring.
