How do I reset my MFA (2FA) in Opscompass?
There are a few ways to reset your MFA if you've lost your password, changed devices, or have other account issues.

Reset Process via Admin or Support
If you cannot reset MFA yourself, an internal Opscompass user at your company who has the SysAdmin role can reset your MFA for you. Otherwise, you can reach out to Opscompass Support.
First-Time Setup and Troubleshooting
If you’re starting from scratch or have been removed from the authentication system (e.g., Auth0), you’ll receive a new invitation email. Follow these steps:
- Click the link in the invitation email from support@opscompass.com.
- Sign in with your corporate email and authenticate via Microsoft or Google.
- You’ll be prompted to set up MFA as part of the login process.
Additional Notes
- If you’re already signed in to your Microsoft or Google account, select the appropriate option to proceed directly to the Opscompass two-factor setup. You can use any supported authentication app, such as Duo, Okta, or Microsoft Authenticator.
- If you’re not signed in, choose “Sign in with Microsoft” or “Sign in with Google” and follow your company’s single sign-on process. After signing in, complete the two-factor authentication setup using your preferred authentication app.
- If you’re migrating tenants or have issues with previous MFA setups, you may need to contact Opscompass support for a reset.
